ABOUT

With Mental Health issues at an all-time high, sometimes we need some time to sit back, think and remind ourselves that it's going to be okay.

 

During challenging times we need to get back to basics by celebrating the small wins and appreciate ourselves and those around us. 

 

We plan to change the game with a social experiment to help change the way we communicate, with ourselves and with others, one experiential positive message at a time.

Because sometimes the usual gifts of flowers or chocolate isn't quite what we need.

Sending good vibes only.

 

NB: Every message sent helps provide two meals to fight food insecurity in Australia.
